Here at Best Trophies , we take great pride in the quality of our trophies, medals, awards, and personalised products. As many of our items are made to order, our returns policy differs between customised and non-customised products.

Custom & Personalised Products

All custom-made and personalised items (including engraved trophies, bespoke medals, printed awards, and custom merchandise) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by us.
This includes spelling mistakes, incorrect details, or design errors that were approved by the customer before production.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as approved, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Standard (Non-Personalised) Products

Standard, non-customised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photographs and order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Cancellations

Orders for customised products can only be cancelled before production has started. Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
